Hitek Engineers designs and develops comprehensive range of milling cutters in different shapes and sizes, which can be used in all types of machines. Common configurations of our manufactured milling cutters include end mills, face mills, and thread mills.

Besides these common configurations, we manufacture and supply many other application specific cutters and geometries to cater to wide requirements of users. All the milling cutters are developed with high quality raw material, which make them durable and meet customer specific requirements.

End Mills

Hitek carbide end mills are made from superior grade carbide and finished under stringent technical specifications.

Thread Mills

The use of CNC technology has created the requirement of advanced technologies for the production of internal and external threads. Thread milling is used as an alternative for thread cutting or thread forming in a large number of work cases.

Face Mill

Face mills are developed in a variety of shapes and sizes to fulfill customers’ requirements.

U- Drills

It range from Ø 13 to 68, and are available in straight as well as in helical flutes. We also offer Combination U-drills that includes boring as well as chamfering property. These are adequate to provide effective stability for deeper drilling, and larger flute openings for improved chip evacuation. Our designed U- Drills can be used for decreasing machining time and cut production costs.

T-Slot Cutters
T-Slot Cutters are used to open out the bottom of previously milled slot to form a T-slot. Alternate right and left hand helical flutes can be used in flatted shank or threaded shank.
